What Can We Learn from Water?
In this project, students investigated water as an essential element for our bodies, communities, and planet. They examined the systems that govern water, asking how we use, care for, and sometimes harm this vital resource.
Focusing on local water systems, students explored how water shapes daily life and how human activities affect its health and sustainability. They studied these systems through multiple lenses, including geology, geography, water quality analysis, and measurements of water volume and characteristics. They also considered human interactions, impacts, needs, and desires, developing a holistic understanding of the relationship between people and water.
