Life at HIS is about becoming part of the community, learning from the community, and giving back to the community.
Students throughout the year will be actively involved as groups and as individuals with the local community of Hakuba, whether through participating in the countless local events and festivals, being involved in community projects, taking part in athletic competitions, or making connections with local families. Life at HIS is learning about and living life in Japan.
